Feeder Department

The conveying table adopts a steel plate-type paper pushing table, which is positioned on one side, and only needs to feed the entire pile of paper, without manual paper stacking or pre-stacking, saving customers 0.5 workers per day.
Equipped with double sheet detection function to avoid paper waste.
Lifting and lowering the paper conveying table, adopts the optical fiber electric eye proximity switch to detect, to avoid the frequent start of the contact type switch and the electrical failure.
Bridge transportation department
The upper and lower conveyor belts press-fit paper feeding to ensure stable conveying of face value.
The face paper and the bottom paper adopt optical fiber detection servo tracking, and the lamination accuracy is more accurate, without manual adjustment before and after.
The front, back, left, and right optical fibers detect the paper movement track, and alarm and stop when the paper is walking incorrectly.
Corrugated Paper Table
Servo paper feeding, only need to input the length and size, the air pressure paper lever can deliver the paper continuously with high accuracy.
Electric thick pressure lever, simple operation.
The paper table is equipped with a photoelectric counting electric eye, a radio eye, and an alarm is stopped when there is no paper.
The paper table is equipped with a suction dust collecting and filtering device, which can absorb the paper dust of the bottom paper. Avoid blockage of the switcher and blower.
Paste bonding department
The stainless steel anilox roller applies the paste evenly, and the paste volume and the bottom paper draft can be easily adjusted through the handle to ensure that the paste is evenly coated on the bottom paper.
The automatic pumping system is controlled by the probe to detect the height of the paste surface, and the loss of paste is automatically replenished to ensure the quality of the paste; when the probe detects that there is no paste, the machine will automatically stop when it cannot be replenished in ten seconds.
Paste bonding department
The suction nozzle of the paste pump adopts a filter screen to filter out the impurities in the paste, ensure the quality of the paste, and extend the service life of the paste pump system and the paste mechanism.
The bonding of the top paper and the bottom paper is completed by two sets of pressure rollers before and after, the gap of the first group of pressure rollers is the same as the thickness of the paper, and the second group of pressure rollers is 80% of the thickness of the paper, so that the product is bonded. More solid.
It adopts synchronous toothed belt drive, which greatly improves the smoothness of the transmission and reduces the noise of the machine.
Pressing part
The laminated paper coming out of the pressure roller enters the pressure belt in an orderly manner through the pressure strips.
The pressurized conveying mechanism and the soft belt are used to press and transport the paper, so that the paper is attached more firmly and smoothly, and the follow-up work can be carried out after the pressing part.
The upper pressure conveying mechanism can be moved to make full use of the space of the conveyor according to the size of the product.
The pressing and conveying part lengthened to 6 meters makes the paper bonding more firm and smooth.
Whole machine transmission
The power source of the whole machine is driven by a variable frequency motor servo motor, which ensures the different speeds required by different products.
The main transmission parts of the whole machine are driven by toothed belts, which reduces noise and reduces the walking loss of the parts themselves to ensure accuracy. The maximum speed of the machine is increased to 170 sheets/min.
